- 2 overripe bananas mashed

- ¼ cup pure maple syrup
- 1 large egg lightly beaten (Vegan: 1 TBS ground chia seeds mixed with 2 ½ TBS hot water)
- ¾ cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
