- 3 8 oz packages cream cheese softened
- 14 oz sweetened condensed milk
- 3 large eggs
- 1 Tbs vanilla extract
- 8 oz toffee bits divided
- 1 Tbs flour
Serving
- 1 cup cream
- 1 Tbs sugar
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup caramel topping
