Mini Cherry Cheesecake Cookie Cups - All the flavor of cherry cheesecake, served in mini sugar cookie cups! They're super easy to make and are perfect for serving a crowd!!

Dough
- 6 tbsp butter softened
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 egg
- 3/4 tsp almond extract
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
- 1 1/4 cups flour
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
Filling
- 1/3 cup whipping cream
- 3 oz cream cheese softened
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
- 1/4 tsp almond extract (optional)
- 10.5 oz Cherry pie filling (about half of a 21 oz can)
